Single Ply membranes are predominately synthetic polymer sheets of EPDM, PVC, TPO, CPE to name a few, they can be either reinforced , non-reinforced, mechanically fixed, bonded or loose laid with joints and laps either solvent or hot air welded. Insulation if required can be introduced to create a warm or inverted roof. Finishes can be plain, mock standing seam, mock lead roll, ballast, slabs, timber decking, garden roofs etc. The membrane can be installed to any degree of pitch.
